We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your hosting plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of activation.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds apply only to web hosting plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
- To qualify, you must contact us at billing@palzoom.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- After 7 days, hosting fees become non-refundable because server resources are allocated.
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registrations, custom design services, or add-ons are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for accounts suspended due to policy violations or abuse.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
